How To Place Query on elyvis?

How to Track My Order?
To track your order, you need to click on the “Track Your Order”
Once clicking the “Track Your Order” button, you’ll be directed to the page where you need to enter the Order ID and Billing Email
The “Track” button will direct you to “My Account” page where you can get information about the current status of your placed order
How Can I cancel My Order?
To cancel the order, you need to log into “My Account” as shown in the image below:
Once you log in, you can cancel the order by clicking the “Cancel” button appearing at the right side of the order placement. See below:
Clicking the “Cancel” button, a pop-up will appear asking the reason of cancellation.

How to return/replacement/refund?
Replacing, returning or refunding is no more a challenging job. Simply, fill in the “Contact Us” form mention the reason for return, replacement or refund. It should be noted that the request must include the Order ID, Billing Email and Phone Number used to place an order. (Order ID is assigned when the customer initially places an order).
